A woman is found living with 191 cats in her house by the Stockholm’s services. Beside the cats her mother, sister and her son is living in the same house.

According the social services the house was unliveable because of the harsh smell of ammonia. And the cats are used to live everywhere in the house therefore the whole house is filled with cat litter. However most of the cats were sick or either injured therefore the social services had to put down 173 cats then and there, and the other 18 cats were then taken to animal shelters.

According to the Swedish law a person can have only maximum 9 cats, and 191 is way out of the limit.
