I thought stories of romantic bollywood movies are made-up for the mere entertainment of people; however the story of Amirah and Randeep proved that those stories exist in the real world. Amirah and Randeep first met in Spain when they were 18. Amirah was on a dance tour and Randeep was on holiday with his family and they were both staying in the same hotel. They met briefly when Amirah accidently knock his door thinking it’s her own; little did she know it was answered by not her roommate but a handsome boy.

Next day Randeep confronted her in the lobby to give her the bracelet she dropped the other day, and they exchanged names, but didn’t get that far to exchange numbers as they both were shy. However from that day onwards they didn’t see each other, because Randeep has already checked out from the hotel before they could exchange their numbers.
Nevertheless Amirah never stopped thinking about him, and she even put messages on MySpace and Friends Reunited in an attempt to find him but had no luck. They had spent 10 whole years like this; meanwhile Amirah lost her job and was involved in a car accident which left her with face scars. As a result she was mentally down, until his good friends/neighbour’s friend knocks her door one day only to realise that it was the boy she wet head over heels 10 years ago. But Randeep was not so quick to recognise, but a little hint from Amirah sent his memory all the way back 10 years ago in Spain.
After that day onwards their love grew, and now they are living together and hoping to get married soon. Well I think its Fate than consequence and so do Amirah!
