Dr. Jayant Patel has been convicted for killing 3 patients and leaving another patient with serious bodily harms, for that reason he has been named as Dr. Death.

Dr. Patel has been working as the director of surgery at a hospital in Queensland, Australia when he performed the oesophagectomies surgery for the three people died after and he had removed a healthy bowel from the fourth patient. However he has had not performed any surgery in over two years before he took the post as the director, and he has also been banned from performing surgery by a previous employer.

As a result of his actions he has been jailed for 7 years and another 3 years for serious bodily harms. Well Dr. Patel is not the only culprit but the employers who have hired him as the director of surgery without any background checks!
