Stephen has formed the Angel International Art Centre Trust, to support his plans to install four Angels in and arond the Angel Underground Station.

A seven foot stainless steel angel fountain is intented to occupy the forecourt in front of the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Two four foot angels, one male one femal,to be installed at the top and bottom of the Underground`s escalator.
He hopes to negotiate with the owners of the building to use this site behind the angel for the creation of the Angel Art Gallery and Studio, to provide an invaluable resource for local artists.
