Too Little Or Too Much Sleep Than 7 Hours Could Lead To Heart Diseases.

Scientists have found that people who sleep for less than 7 hours a day have twice the likelihood of having heart diseases than who sleep for 7 hours. And there is an increased risk of having heart diseases for those who sleep for more than 9 hours a day.

However the research showed that this rate is higher in women and those who are over the age of 60. Nevertheless the researchers do not have clear explanations for the reason for the amount of sleep has with heart diseases. However it is clear that people should be getting enough sleep to be healthy.
